1、使用留学院校专用信纸。

4、留学的起止时间和留学期限。
5、明确指导教师，留学专业或受邀人在国外要从事的研究课题。
6、费用情况（是否免学费或提供学费，是否收取注册费或提供其他工作机会等。如收取学费，又提供资助或工作职位，则应标明具体额度。
7、注明申请人的外语水平符合国外院校的要求。
8、外方负责人的联系方式及发邀请人的签字。
9、如申请专项奖学金项目，需要对方在邀请信中明确推荐意见。
